Selling 20-30 Rs option in bank nifty and making 1% money looks easy. Everyone will think that I can also do that. But when u r selling 20-30 Rs option and cutting that at 50 is a skill. Only a skilled traders knows when to cut. After budget 20-30 Rs option became 1000-1500 also.
Almost all banks are trading in between middle of last 2 months high and low except HDFC bank. This is an indication of sideways market for few days or weeks. Near low u will see bounce and near high u will see resistance. This is my Index view.
How analyst are justifying fair price of stock. 2 years ago when Adani Ent at 1500 it was overpriced. Then 1500 to 4200 and now 4200 to 2000. within 2 years. Analysts now : Price is attractive. ( because of 50% drop ) . 😀

If bank nifty or nifty will not move +/- 2% from here in coming few days then there will be high chance for seller to make losses in coming days. No movement will compress more premium and then sudden move will leads to losses. Keep SL in system now onwards if u r not keeping.
